More challenges await down the road at Cozad Country Club. Originally built as a nine-hole course, Cozad added nine holes in 2001. The new greens were all built to USGA standards. Wide fairways leading to the large greens are attractive, but water hazards and sand traps await errant shots.
As at Johnson Lake, the club house is available for dinners and get togethers. During the golfing season, a mini-pro shop with golf accessories is open.
Green fees at Cozad range from $27- to $37 for nine or 18 h.
